Our Personal Care package includes Skin care i.e bathing, showering, hair wash, shaving. We also support in giving oral hygiene and nail care (fingernail care are only for non-diabetic). Continence management such as toileting, catheter care and stoma care. Meal preparations and assistance with eating and drinking are also included.

Our dedicated carers will provide you with genuine care and support based on your care plan.

 

We highly encourage our service users to inform us about their likes and dislikes since we value their individual preferences and needs. Service users are encouraged to be involved and to engage in decisions pertaining to their care services for an improved health outcome. Assessment of their preferences will be conducted by the care manager and nominated individual during our baseline assessment.
